2022년 완공된 이곳은 콜리 지장의 시범 초저에너지 호텔식 레지던스 프로젝트다.We adopted a composite system of dry powder aerogel insulation paste + aerogel composite non-combustible insulation boards for external wall construction, fully meeting China's strict ultra-low energy building standards. 이 호텔식 주거 샘플 프로젝트는 냉난방 에너지 소비를 40% 이상 줄인 친환경 저탄소 주거 디자인의 기준을 제시한다.
